I'll be the first person to admit that I've been slacking with my blogging. When I look back at my January archives and how much I posted, it does make me feel a bit guilty. Since I've bagged myself full-time work, I've found it really hard to fit blogging in. Especially since I'm at work all day on a computer, it's a nice to have a break in the evenings and relaxing my tired, lil square eyes.

Pay day arrived, and yes I got a bit spendy. In my defence, I haven't spent much on myself for a few months so I decided it was well worth a little retail therapy. I wanted to share with you my favey things I've purchased recently, and hopefully you'll feel the need to reach into your purses and get spending too! (Yes I'm a huge believer in that retail therapy is the best kind of therapy.)

These photos are all taken within a 24 hour period, and they all have something in common. In all of them I have anxiety.
I see so much online with people belittling those with anxiety, or even depression. If you're caught smiling, or going out with friends, you're accused of making up your condition. If you're sharing your life online via blogging/vlogging you surely can't have a mental health problem, because you're so confident and you share everything with an audience?
